Does it work without installing anything besides Chrome?

Yes. Just install the extension through the Chrome Web Store. It runs directly on WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com) without any extra app.

How many devices can use the Pro license?

The license is linked to your WhatsApp number on first activation. You can use it on multiple computers with the same number, but it cannot be shared with another number.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a global online payment platform. We do not store card data.

How do I receive my license key?

After approved payment, you will receive an email with a key in the format WAPRO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX within up to 5 minutes.

Are extracted contacts stored on your servers?

No. Extraction happens entirely in your browser. No contacts are sent to or stored on our servers.

What happens when the annual license expires?

When the 1-year period ends, the Pro features are disabled and the extension returns to Free mode (up to 20 contacts per group). You can renew at any time by purchasing a new license.
